A Night In Japan featuring Sake
Will Sugerman, Certified Sake Professional, will lead a Sake 101 class. He holds a WSET Diploma and has just returned from Japan, where he visited numerous breweries and gained firsthand insight into traditional and modern sake production.
Based in Brooklyn, Will is a seasoned wine professional who manages the European portfolio at a national level for his company, Vine Connections. He is also actively involved with Kome Collective, the company’s craft-focused Japanese sake and spirits division, bringing a deep and dynamic perspective to the world of sake.
