Join abc kitchens for a beautiful evening celebrating the women shaping hospitality, flavor, and craft.
Women Who Shape the Room brings together culinary creativity and thoughtful wine selections for a special ticketed dinner experience designed around connection, storytelling, and seasonal cuisine. The evening will highlight the work of Executive Chef Ayaka Guido and Pastry Chef Eliana Aponte, alongside wines thoughtfully curated by Natalie Tapken of Pas Mal Selections.
Guests will gather in The Bloom Room at abc kitchens dumbo for a family-style dinner showcasing seasonal dishes from our kitchen, paired with wines selected for the evening. Throughout the dinner, the chefs and wine curator will share a few words about their journeys, creative process, and the inspiration behind the menu.
