Join Love On Health for Acu& Comedy, an immersive gathering that brings together holistic healing, live comedy, reflective journaling, and clinician-led integration.
Together, these elements support nervous system regulation, emotional release, clarity and social connection as we step into the summer season of joyous & fiery Heart energy.
Rather than a traditional comedy show or wellness workshop, Acu& Comedy offers a creative and layered healing experience that connects to the Heart through activity, laughter, connection, and joy.
What’s included:
Guided Intention-setting and journaling session with a licensed social worker.
A brief presentation on Chinese Medicine and the connection between the spirit of the Heart, the seasonal applications for spiritual wellness, and the importance of laughter.
Acupressure ear seeds to support grounding, emotional balance, and stress relief
Live stand-up comedy and comedic storytelling from featured guest performers
