Adult Hip Hop – Beginner Friendly!

Our adult classes are intentionally boutique—small, welcoming, and designed for real humans, not a one-size-fits-all dance experience.

Each class begins with a guided warm-up where we get to know the room: how bodies are moving that day, who’s in the space, and what feels good. From there, choreography is created in real time, tailored to the abilities, energy, and comfort level of the dancers in attendance. No preset routines, no pressure to “keep up.”

The music? That’s chosen on the spot too—based on the vibe we’re feeling together in the first few minutes of class. Every class is different, because every group is different.
