Adult Hip Hop – Beginners Friendly!

Each class begins with a guided warm-up where everyone gets to know the room: how bodies are moving that day, who’s in the space, and what feels good. From there, choreography is created in real time, tailored to the abilities, energy, and comfort level of the dancers in attendance. No preset routines, no pressure to “keep up.”

The music? That’s chosen on the spot too—based on the vibe everyone’s feeling together in the first few minutes of class. Every class is different, because every group is different.

This is not a commercial dance class and it’s not about performing or perfection. It’s about movement that meets you where you are, builds confidence, and feels genuinely good in your body. Thoughtful instruction, personalized pacing, and an environment where you can show up exactly as you are.
