Kinjo is honored to host the award-winning Dassai Blue sake brewery for a one-night-only chef’s tasting menu with sake pairing.
Six Dassai Blue sakes have been selected to complement Kinjo’s special six-course menu, with each dish thoughtfully crafted to elevate the sake.
Experts from Dassai Blue will join to explain each sake and its fascinating production process.
This will be an intimate evening in their lounge, with just 12 seats available. (Ticket link in bio.)
Dassai Blue opened in New York’s Hyde Park in 2023 and produces premium Junmai Daiginjo aimed at global recognition. Dassai Blue’s flagship sake – Type 23 – has placed 1st for two years in a row in the International category of the Sake Competition in Japan. We are honored to host them for the evening.
