What: A baby & me mat Pilates for care takers and their **pre-crawling** babies
Bring your pre-crawling baby and join us at Ritual Moves for a special mat Pilates class designed to support both you and your little one.
The focus is on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength while bonding with baby through movement, music, and play. All caretakers with pre-crawling babies are welcome!
PLUS: Everyone will receive a gift bag full of goodies from Oilogic, 7AM Enfant, Apple Park Kids, and more!
After class, stick around to sip and socialize with fellow caretakers —refreshments provided by Wild Tonic.
