Reset & Restore is a restorative healing experience designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.

This special event brings together guided meditation, sound healing, Reiki, and acupuncture in a peaceful and supportive setting. For those who prefer a needle-free option, ear seeds will be available as an alternative.

Acupuncture and ear seed protocols will be offered to support better sleep, stress relief, and digestion, helping calm the nervous system and restore a greater sense of balance in both body and mind.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, tense, or simply in need of a pause, this experience offers space to rest, receive, and reset.
