
De-stress at the end of the day with an evening yoga class led by Abhaya Yoga! This all-level one hour fitness class is open to all ages and abilities.
This yoga class integrates postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation to stretch, strengthen and condition.
No equipment is required but participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats or towels, if desired, to use on the lawn. An extremely limited number of yoga mats will be available to borrow from Brooklyn Bridge Park staff.
Advance registration is highly encouraged but walk-ups welcome as capacity allows. Fitness waivers are required by all participants (click here; you only need to complete once per season).
