DESCRIPTION:​Start your Thursday with a river run and a solid energy boost\, and BEAUTIFUL views of the city! \nMeet at F45 in Dumbo so you can leave your things there to shower after. \n​This is a weekly morning run with options depending on your mood: \n​Option A: 2 Mile Run + Calisthenics at Pier 2 \n​Option B: 4 Mile Run \n​We will always have a warm up and cool down\, and pacing will be around an 10-11 minute mile – but you can always break off and meet up at the end for hangs! \n​We will follow it all up with some stretching and coffee! \n​After the run\, showers are available at F45 for $10 if you want to freshen up before work or wherever the morning takes you. 🙂
