Modern Infrastructure meets Historic Charm

For decades, Team advocated to the City to restore and modernize Dumbo’s famed Belgian block streets, upgrade water and sewer infrastructure, and finish the neighborhood’s plaza spaces.

Today – a $100 million NYC construction project is more than halfway through completion. Team Dumbo continues to work closely with the contractors and NYCDOT and NYCDDC to minimize the impacts of construction on the community and small businesses.
