No matter your work situation, there’s a lot to be angry about.
Laid off. Stuck in a job you hate. Overworked and underpaid. Abysmal job market. Unemployed. Work-life imbalance. The list goes on. All while the world is on fire.
Enter: Rage Against the Routine, a rock dance party for those who can’t believe this (gestures broadly) is what we’ve worked so hard for. Hosted by Sound Mind Center
Fend off the Sunday Scaries by:
🤘 rocking out to throwback rock jams alongside other burned out professionals
📝 anonymous resignation letter writing for your quitting fantasy
❤️🔥 blowing off steam and still getting home early enough for a good night’s sleep before you do it all over again
Solo outlets for frustration are important too, but they miss the power of solidarity.
The root of the problem unites us all, and this is a constructive outlet to transmute anger into a sense of community, and have fun doing it.
